From Plans to Purpose

For most of my life, I equated success with a structured plan, grinding determination, and always saying “yes.” I followed a path that seemed perfectly mapped out—chasing external definitions of success and pushing myself to meet sky-high expectations. On paper, I had it all – the education, the experience, the security. But beneath the surface, I was grappling with self-imposed pressure, battling burnout, and questioning whether the life I built truly aligned with what mattered most to me now.
Sleepless nights and relentless self-doubt became part of my daily routine as I struggled to silence the voice that told me I wasn’t enough. I kept telling myself to push through, even though my inner compass was pointing in an entirely different direction.
The turning point came when I decided to step back, hit pause, and go all-in on me. Leaving my corporate path revealed something powerful: the beliefs that had held me back were stories I had created-stories I didn’t have to carry forward.
Working with a coach gave me the clarity and tools to question those narratives. I learned to let go of the thoughts and expectations that no longer served me, replacing them with a mindset aligned with my values and aspirations. With my coach’s guidance, I discovered a new way forward—one fueled by confidence, purpose, and the ability to advocate for my own sanity.

The Spark Behind Wisdom and Worth

That realization inspired me to build Wisdom and Worth. I wanted to create a space where others could do what I did: reconnect with their inner wisdom, rediscover their worth, and uncover what truly brings them joy. It’s a place where transformation happens, not because someone hands you a plan, but because you learn to trust yourself, embrace your journey, and make decisions rooted in who you really are.
Wisdom and Worth represents everything I believe in: honoring your values, facing challenges with grace, and finding fulfillment on your own terms.

And today?

I’m a coach who helps dreamers, doers, and seekers from all walks of life channel their inner wisdom and awaken their worth to create lives they love—a role that’s deeply rooted in my own journey of transformation.

I’m a gardener who nurtures both plants and possibilities. An outdoor enthusiast who finds peace in the open air. A music lover who embraces the joy of the moment and of movement. And a mom to three adorable furbabies who remind me every day to live with curiosity and love.

These are the roles I cherish—and they remind me of the freedom, fulfillment, and connection that come when you stop fighting yourself and start trusting your path.

This keeps the beautiful personal details about who you are outside of coaching while clearly positioning you as a mindset coach who helps with the specific problems your ideal clients face.

GRACE: At the Heart of Everything I Do

Every coaching session, every conversation, and every small or big win in this journey we share is built on GRACE. These five values—Genuine, Relationships, Acceptance, Curious, and Empathy—aren’t just words to me.

They’re how I choose to show up for you and for myself, in my practice and in life.

Let me walk you through what GRACE means to me:

Genuine

Authenticity is everything. I think it’s important to be yourself and create a safe space for others to do the same. There’s no judgment here—just honesty, kindness, and connection.

Relationships

Coaching is all about connection. I’m here to build a relationship with you that’s rooted in trust and genuine care. Growth doesn’t happen in isolation, and I’m committed to being by your side every step of the way.

Acceptance

You are enough exactly as you are. I meet you where you are today—honouring your story, your challenges, and your individuality while holding space for the person you’re becoming.

Curious

Curiosity fuels growth and discovery. To me, being curious means staying open and asking the right questions—the ones that challenge limiting beliefs, uncover hidden truths, and spark transformation. It’s about embracing the unknown with a mindset of possibility and exploration.

Empathy

Your vulnerability is powerful, and I don’t take it lightly. I approach every conversation with compassion and understanding, creating a space where you’re heard, valued, and supported.

Give Yourself Grace Life isn’t about perfection—it’s about progress. Grace means allowing yourself the space to stumble, learn, and grow without the weight of judgment. It’s reminding yourself that you’re human, beautifully imperfect, and doing the best you can.

GRACE is the permission slip to rest, recalibrate, and embrace each step forward —no matter how small. Because when we approach ourselves with compassion, we unlock the strength to thrive.

Three Lessons That Changed Everything

Life is full of unexpected teachers, and I’ve learned some of the most profound lessons in the moments when things felt uncertain, uncomfortable, or messy. These experiences haven’t just shaped who I am—they’ve completely redefined how I approach my life and my coaching practice. I carry these three lessons with me every day, as a guide for living, growing, and showing up for the people I love and work with:

Freedom Is in Shifting Your Story

My stories kept me stuck believing negative thoughts that just were not true. While one of the toughest hurdles to overcome, my journey to regaining ownership of my mind’s narrative is one I am most grateful for. True freedom came when I started challenging those thoughts, and slowly but surely, I began to choose possibility and hope instead of fear and doubt. This wasn’t about ignoring the hard stuff; it was about reframing my story in a way that empowered me to move forward.

The Power of Inquiry

My most meaningful and sustainable growth didn’t come from someone handing me the “right” answer—they came from someone, now me, asking the right questions at the right moment. After having the aha! moment that I was living my life for others, I set off on a quest to discover my true self. I immersed myself in learning the tools and techniques of powerful inquiry and was greeted with the clarity, freedom, and growth I deserve. I learned to see beyond my assumptions and imagine what’s possible.

Acceptance Creates Harmony

I’ve found deep peace in the moments where I stopped fighting reality and started flowing with it. Acceptance is an active choice; it isn’t about giving up—it’s about embracing the present while opening yourself to possibility. When I fully and completely accept reality, it clears the path for resilience, clarity, and meaningful progress. Acceptance is the answer.

No matter where you are on your journey, my mission is to meet you with compassion, challenge you to grow, and help you learn to advocate for your own peace of mind instead of against it.
